The seller will not contact me. I see from there reputation it's a new account and have never sold one thing on eBay. It's obvious it is a fake or dummy account. But still eBay wants me to wait.

Looks like a fake account, she hasn't accepted the money from Paypal and it keeps showing not paid yet. eBay will not accept anything because it is not paid. Going to go through Paypal and file a claim. What else can I do?

I haven't gotten my feedback rating yet. The message states "This information will be available when this member receives at least 10 detailed seller ratings" and I have exceeded this. Why is this?
