As a longtime Ebayer, Something is very different & seems wrong with Managed Payments. Just sold an item for $7.99 and the 12.5% fee was levied on the the sum of the postage & item instead of just the sold item...This never happened through Paypal. H...

10 % is just too much !

With postal prices so high, the seller is pressured to reduce their price...I can understand a 10% fee on higher priced items, but if you are selling low priced items the 10% is not fair...I just looked at my monthly fees and it is very discouraging....
