Always issue refunds when a buyer asks for it if they want to cancel an
order. Even if you allow no returns. If you have not shipped the item
then wait for the funds to process then issue the refund, then state

I would say the news about USPS is informed on most buyers. I really try
to AVOID USPS at all costs. Anyways thanks for all responses. I will let

Well but wouldn't that be the case if you are the seller informed
knowing that USPS is having issues and yet FedEx and UPS is not wouldn't
