Why are FEDEX and UPS not selectable for shipping options?

Fedex and UPS are light gray and can't click on them? It doesn't matter which day I select for shipping date nor the package dimensions...

Same error here. No vehicles actually listed, just tools in the proper category. Spent 30 minutes chatting with eBay last night with no resolution....

Same error here. My listing is also tools, in the proper category, I have NO vehicles listed...
