I bought item within 72 hours, payment says 'pending', AND seller is new
to sellingbut seller cancelled...why don't the sellers get in trouble
for this? Ebay says I can donothing except negative feed-back
package (purse) was not delivered as tracking number stated and what to
do next?I was home at the time so I know it was not delivered as stated
on eBay account
Update...I know buyers can retract, but this is frowned on....there are
circumstances, but not if they just don't want itemafter bidding, I know
this already!
