overwhelmed. I assumed I could check the "hazardous" box on USPS
(calculate a price) that would provide me with a simple answer, but I'm
starting to feel that there is no simple ans...
What if it's the other way around: After Buyer pays, Seller changes
package weight/dimensions resulting in a LOWER shipping cost -- eBay
doesn't then automatically refund the buyer, correct?
At the very least, I think that you can REPLY to their negative feedback
so future customers can judge for themselves. I'd keep it short.
