Oh eBay. Sounds to me like they are contradicting their own written
policies. First you can't use a brand name in your title if it's not
made by them. Then you can say "fits", etc.. These two rules do not play
well together.
I don't even know that it's for the word Barbie, since that is permitted
based on the policies posted here. It could be for the pattern
number/name of the dress, since that is not what it is, it is "based on"
or "inspired by" that pattern. But since ...
