yes, over stating grades is quite common in no top tier slabs and raw,
cleaned is seldom mentioned in adds, and yes, although to use a stock
photo you must advise the buyers/bidders 1st, some do not do so and you
get a coin other than the one picture...
by law it should have it somewhere on the reverse, I haven't read the
legislation that authorized it, but they must have made an exception,
otherwise, all those new dollars would not be legal tender, than again,
they didn't include the wourd LIBERTY ...
