This just happened to me through Fedex. Shipped a package on 2nd day air
that was 4x4x34 and 2lbs 5oz. Prepaid shipping price was about $16.
Fine, perfect. Then FedEx adjusted the size to 3lbs and 10x28x38 and
billed be another $174. Absolutely crook...
