I have been shipping clothes to Brazil for years and now all my package
with clothing are coming back stating prohibited items . I looked into
it and cant find anything
I keep getting charged a lot more than Fedex shows when printing my
labels! I am very careful weighing and measuring so for example, I
printed a label for $17 and when I was charged it was $47 this happens a
few times a month.
I measure very carefully due to the fact they charged me $400 for a
opackage once that I initially paid $18.00 for ? Now they are doubling
the amount I pay for Fedex ground ?? It shows it should be $14 and then
I look at my receipt and its $40 now ?
I just received a payment for a buy it now item and it shows they are no
longer registered and they asked for the item to be shipped to another
address, doesn't Ebay usually send a message stating to cancel the order
and do not ship?
The same thing just happened to me: they stated the Ralph Lauren items
were fakes, and I contacted them stating they had the QR codes, and I
had receipts from Ralph Lauren showing I purchased them there. I was
told they would contact me back in 3 day...
I honestly think they are having major issues or ran out of money ! They
charged me 3 months of shipping charges in one day and when I contacted
them they said tech would get ahold of me within 48 hours and that time
has passed , I am out around $700...
