I had a return process started and it's been over 2 weeks without a
return. I contacted the customer, who has decided to keep the item. Is
this buyer able to close the case, or do I need some CSR help from ebay?
Could take up to 24 hrs to see your listing. Just read about it under
their "Help" section before calling. Still - that's really not
acceptable. Up until this last month or so as soon as you list
something, it's in your ACTIVE listings.
I doubt I'll get any satisfaction if I call --- the average wait for a

Yup - me too, seems whenever I list anymore - it can take hours or the
next day until I see something listed. I've actually duplicated listings
becuase I wasn't seeing the original!
