There are all kinds of problems where there never was before!I just lost a 100.00 sale because of them!I can't even understand their stupid invoice and I never had a problem before!Use to be when am order was cancelled it showed status within the day...

I lost a sale because the person paid, I showed "payment initiated" on my end (which I have never, ever seen that before in almost 20 years!). Over a week, so cancelled and placed a new ad for them. Same thing, waiting, waiting for payment! Same stat...
