I havent sold on ebay in awhile and was looking to come back selling
some of my fancy serial numbers, how is everyone shipping these? Are you
putting signature required? Insured? There mostly low dollar currency so
do you just take the risk and ship ...
Buyer says item arrive damaged but when I offered a refund they declined
to send the item back and left negative feedback. EBay doesn't seem to
want to help or see it as an violation.
