Return label no centered to print entire label

I bought an item and it doesn't fit. I started a return and a label was sent to me. When it is printed out, the left side is cut off. How do anyone can contact e bay to solve the issue?

Where did my money go after being paid?

Sold an item, was paid but where did the payment go? Does not show up in my bank account or pay pal. Will not ship until I get the money in my account
