ebay canciled an item I purchased and paid for with paypal balance ebay
said it looks like I havent paid for it yet, but paypal shows that I
have what can I do?
It only gives me a couple months ( when I joined managed payments) . I
need the previous months but have been unable to find them. Before
managed payments.
