Customer paid for media mail and should have chosen something else 

HI, I just sold a pair of earrings and had it as USPS First class package-calculated shipping.It charged the customer $0.91. And when I go to purchace the shipping label it is $2.67-why did it not charge the customer this ammount?

I have panties I'd like to sell , but I only have the plastic piece and barely a remnant of a price tag on them. Can I list them as new With Tags?
