the buyer has not paid... does that mean 96 hours? If the auction ended
at noon on Monday, can I cancel the transaction on Friday at 12:01 PM?

when the return request is automatically accepted by eBay because the

would be out that $1000 plus, and out the ring... it's a mixed-up wrong
system for sure...
trailblazer, yes, a seller can select whether or not to accept returns
and attempt to select who pays for that return, however, a buyer in the
end can return for whatever darn reason they want just by claiming the
item wasn't up to their standards......
