Thanks to everyone who replied. I called eBay & got it straight from
them. The 1 sale we did prevents me from fully blocking her. Had I
blocked her before it happened, then she couldn't message me or buy. She
can still send me messages until she curs...
Thank you @tonycea I double checked...I checked that box last week when
I manually blocked her to avoid any future sales. Not cool. Not cool at

I think it's absurd & just sad that people behave that way. I can ignore
