Camera listed as mint came defective, seller would not respond to my complaint, ebay would not help when I tried to report the seller, but handled it as a return request and closed the case..How can a seller get away with deception, and how can I rep...

Ordered from UK and vendor says difference between what my order totalled, and what I was charged is "because Ebay added a charge" - what is the extra charge for? 

When I click on REMOVE, it doesn't remove the item from my cart.

I can access items for sale, but nothing happens when I click on BUY NOW, contact seller, etc.

On my phone, I get as far as the "Review Order" page - but can't proceed to checkout..I also can't change anything on the review page, like payment method..I click on those areas, they get highlighted, but nothing happens.
