Had to return something and I was only refunded half the amount. Ebay
keeps sending messages that they will respond in 48 hours, but nothing
happens. How do you talk to a human on this infernal site?
I've only sold a few things and I'm totally confused on how shipping is
determined. The first item I don't think I specified any package size
other than weight in the listing. The next item I only put the weight
and after it sold it wanted a box size...
I won something that was listed as $7+ for shipping, but when paid I was
charged $11+. The seller said ebay automatically changes the amount
depending on the destination and distance. I never saw that happen
before and wanted to know if that's right
