I mailed a cusotmer their item on June 23rd and its not been delivered yet! It's July 11th. The buyer wants a refund. Dom't blame them but I ca't stop delivery.Buyer will get refund and item. Help.

I wanted to add more info on a couple of my items for sale. I bought a new set of luggage and that is why I'm selling the one I have listed. But everything is locked and I can't edit. Does anyone else have this issue?

Who pays the sales tax - Buyer or the seller.

New seller here. Sold an expensive item in 24 hours. Who pays the sale tax? I am in one of the 46 states mentioned. I don't want a complicated answer. Just who pays it.
