I totally agree with you. ebay is trying to be too sophisticated and
screwing things up for sellers. All the new "updated" pages are missing
options that were previously available.
I am currently having the same problem with my seller rating. It just
doesn't make sense. We have no control over anything once the USPS takes
our items. It is very frustrating that ebay will not work with sellers
on this matter.
