I am trying to return an item and tried to contact the vendor by phone
and email but no answer on the phone or by email and ebay site is no
help, i can't even see the item in my purchase history.
Hi Janet, are you with ebay? I'm not sure how I bought it. I tried to
contact them that way from the start, waited 3 days with no response. I
tried by phone, no answer, I also sent them an email, no response. It is
also hard to get to anyone at Ebay....
