I am mailing a large box and put in the correct dimensions when I listed the table, 31" x 21" x eBay

Dimensions when I go to print a label says 5" for the label. Ridiculous. Agent said she'd put a high priority IT ticktodayet in yesterday. No word yesterday or yet
