Payment is being processed, stuck on hourglass

Hi smart folks!I have no idea what to do... I paid the seller for an item I won on auction, but the payment has been on "Payment is being processed" icon (hourglass icon) now for 8 days... What can I do?? The money is stuck somewhere and I can't canc...

I won few items, the ebay wants me to pay but I suspect that the seller is fraud

Hi all!I won 4 items from a seller and the ebay now wants me to pay for all of these, but I paid for one and nothing happened, and I can't contact seller, he is not responding. Something aint right... Will ebay give me unpayment strike automatically?...
