I used to get quarterly coupons to apply towards supplies. I can't seem to find this feature? Any help would be appreciated.

I have some magazines that are permitted for sale domestically only. I have eliminated all international options and it keeps coming back telling me that I have to eliminate international shipping. How do I fix this? Thanks.
