I paid for an item and after waiting a few days I saw that it wasn't shipped so I tried to contact the seller but the item was removed because of a policy violation so I cannot contact the sellerIs there any way to get my money back ?

When I get an email from ebay I see at the bottom my name and user name in parenthesisIs that really necessary ?Am I the only one seeing that or is that available for anyone to see ?What is the point of having a user name if they are going to display...
