I bought an item only to wait 10 days and realize it hasent been shipped. I asked the seller to not ship the item and issue a refund. They initiated a refund but it still pending after twelve days. I asked paypal and they said it will likey not clear...

My ebucks of $11+ were supposed to be available on January 3rd but there is no redemption code to be found and no sign of the certificate at checkout. Any help is appreciated.
