Any one else having problems with Fed ex back charging for shipping? Its
crazy, I have even been adding extra weight trying to compensate. Please

For some reason, even when I add shipping to a listing eBay changes it
to ask seller for quote. When I go in and try to answer a question, I
can’t change shipping service. I dont understand. please help
