Yes, but I'm always responsible for delivery and did not assume, that
resolved requests can such affect my account..... I have been not
familiar with this strange policy. That's why I have mentioned, that my
account was restricted without any warning...
As for Item Not Received requests, eBay even provokes buyer to open it,
because when buyer wants to send a message to the seller and select the
topic "Item not arrived", eBay redirect buyer to opening INR request
without any explanation to the buyer ...
