I think eBay should look into the feed back of trucao0 . He has a
rampant history of failing to follow through with a transaction. Yet
eBay favored this seller when I didn't receive the item I ordered. Just
saying...........
Agree that the seller should be able to leave negative for a dead-beat
buyer. But a seller should handle the restocking fee and make it very
clear when placing the item up for bid that a restocking fee will apply
should an item be returned but paypal...
