When I search my own items with key words it does not work. It only shows all my listings. I am trying to add additional quantities to existing listings. HELP!

Ebay email said there will be a charge to my account in 3 days

Looks like I shipped something Fedex and paid $25, now they want another $40??? Why and how do I stop this. Measurements and weight were correct.
