I was out of town and a friend shipped a $15 item via USPS first class
without a tracking number. It was received by the buyer. How do I update
the shipment to show it was received as it shows late shipment because
there is no tracking number? Info o...
On top left corner, Hi, R, it says R Z - my initials - where do I change
that to my name or whatever I want? Underneath the initials is my ebay
username. Thanks.
