Hello; I need to buy some more fabric from China roughly 5 yards. Anyone know what the tariffs would be?

I have gotten several messages from ebay saying that someone signed into my account using Windows Edge 127.0 and show location in another state. Each time I change my password I get another message saying the same thing. Any ideas appreciated
