It seems to have straightened out and gone back to 240. I think they sit
around all day trying to come up with things to annoy their buyers and
sellers.
After a half hour on the phone with ebay this was their advise. Their
system should not allow this to happen. I am not paying the extra
because of their incompetence.
You are lucky you got that message. There is no message when listing for
USPS. Not until I was about to buy the label did I see a note about
"dimensional weight" so that instead of 3 pounds, the charge would be
