Why can sellers just cancel a transaction on a whim? Where is the buyers rights??

Don't listen to the white noise of shipping delays any Longer! America and it's citizens are better than this and don't deserve to be lied to about COvid. If these sellers can't ship then maybe they shouldn't be in business
