For some time, ebay.com is redirecting me to cz.ebay.de, and it is driving me nuts. It breaks addresses on the order and it is totally unusable.How to stop this?

I got notification in the Android App with 10% code. I says myself, good... had some items in the cart, so went there, checkout. Code does not work? Why? Is it normal? Code was supplied to me directly by the Ebay App.Edit: should have been in buying....
