Ebay has a flaw they hav not corrected in several days! I am assuming
everything will go as normal, as payment confirmation verifies my
address, etc, but they really should correct this!
I have accumulated a good number of ebay bucks, but haven't received a
certificate number since early July. I thought they were issued monthly.
What's the deal?
