I’m trying to reach eBay customer support, but all of the options are
grayed out or turned off. It won’t let me select chat, call, or even
submit an issue.Has anyone else experienced this recently? If so, how

Cannot get the item to clear from Awaiting Shipment after the code is
entered for Confirm Pickup. It says Pickup Confirmed Expect a delay
before the status is updated on your order details page. It's been a
MONTH.
