My recent purchased shows delivered but it was not delivered to me. How
do you handle so I receive a refund. The seller would have to make the
claim with FedEx.
I recently sold a Rolex with box, papers and hang tag. The seller said
the watch arrived with out warranty card and hang tag? Clearly
authenticator would not have shipped the watch to the buyer without
them. How do I proceed?
