For a 15 lb box that is 20" long and 16" wide and 6 inches tall shipping
from California to Massachussets, eBay only calculated $11 for Fedex.
When I tried to ship, the actual shipping costs were $30 without

Thanks for the link, I got an ONSHORE agent who actually saw the
previous notes on my transaction and efforts. It "sounded" like they
understood and forwarded a request to remove the defect removed. I'll
