Initial Ebay amount was $36, however, Ebay took $133 out of my bank account. Research on UPS site revealed $56 without the eBay discount. Walk-in at UPS store marked up amount came to $66. Clearly, both amounts are way below $133. Found no way to dir...

I assume it is not against policy to negotiate with a seller, then complete the transaction in ebay....correct? thanks

Apply button doesn't retain the update on next visit....

I can't find an ebay email address to simply request a refund of a negative balance in my account...I don't want to call for medical reasons. Anyone know how to email ebay?
