A buyer hasn't received a shipment I mailed on May 11th. Last tracking
information is May 16th and states "in transit." With all the rains and
flooding, I wondered if the post office in Midland was still in
operation.
I agree. eBay certainly wasn't upfront about this promotion. Not
everyone reads the terms and conditions before listing and as a seller
felt the "accept best offers" requirement was hidden in the fine print.
