If a buyer requests a return for Item Not Described, and I send him a

E-Bay is "aware" of the problem and they are "working on it." Same
standard reply when you ask about not being able to produce EBay
Standard Envelope labels. They are working on it. It's going on 24 hours
already, so I don't expect it to be fixed any...

fine. On each of the next four, the option is not given, and it states
