seller and the item is shipped to me via Global Shipping Program (GSP).i
was charged an amount in the name of import fee and duties. eBay claim
this amount is given to the shipping ...
Resolution center and eBay help are useless and taking no me into empty
circles. i need a way to directly contact eBay regarding tax refund,
this category doesn't even exist in help and resolution center.
Recently and after the new update of iOS I can't view eBay page
properly, it requires to click on a link to view the details of an item
and when I do that, a page appears where I can't scroll down or up.Can
any one help me with this?
