I have had an item, addressed to China returned to me. The address
except China and the 'zip code' are in Chinese. It was returned once
with no explanation on the tracking, I went to post office to inquire
why and they had no idea, so it was resent. ...
I just got a tax invoice from Ebay. Not sure if this is informational or
what. I understood Ebay paid the sale taxes from the sales. Could
someone please explain. thanks
