I was charged a previous balance but I can't find what the fee is for

How do we find the value of an item we want to sell? We don't see any previous sold items for comparison. We have searched pinterest, facebook sites, etc.

Hi, I can get into "my ebay", but when I want to revise one of my ads, it asks me for another user i.d. associated with this account. I don't remember having another user i.d. I was told that the computer I am using is not a normal one I log in with....
