It has no marks. Would you guess the 60's or before? The red is reflection from photo.

It is unsigned. (The red is reflection from when I photo'd it). It is 4" long. It is white enamel and rhinestones.

I have an old 6-sided double star brooch with rhinestones that are riveted on. Is this possible, or did riveting come later? THX!!
