new shipping rates for those who can print labels. I cannot print labels. What is a solution?

Do not have a printer. I have to pay regular PO prices and am only reimbursed for about half of what the cost is. Is there a way for me who sells lower priced items to continue to sell on EBay? Been with EBAY 20 years.
