Ebay will not allow me to delete my accout do to " restrictions ". They refuse to tell me what those are.

Ebay is inconsistent and unfair. I can find 50 listing for tradelines now, but my were all deleted.

Seller added Shipping charge after the sale.

The auction Item number: 391461818745 clearly states free shipping, yet, later the seller managed to add 2.88 and is claiming that it was me that misunderstands. Ebay has not option to report this activity that I can find.
